100% Arabica coffee
Our coffee consists of 100% Arabica beans with a medium dark roast profile.
Vitamin B1, B2 &B 12
These vitamins are essential for efficiently converting food into energy. The Energy/Focus blend contains 100% of the RDA of these vitamins. Fortunately, it does not matter if you drink a little more, since extra B vitamins (in limited amounts) are not harmful to your body.
Guarana
Guarana is a berry that contains a natural form of caffeine. This magical berry is also full of antioxidants.
Multiple studies show that the tannin in the Guarana berry could cause the caffeine to be absorbed more slowly by your body. This allows you to benefit from the energy peak from coffee for longer and this prevents the well-known caffeine dip.
L-Theanine
The Green Tea Extract in the Energy/Focus blend consists of 98% L-theanine. L-theanine is known to help you relax. In combination with caffeine, this substance promotes your focus and level of alertness, according to various studies.

Frequently asked questions
What we recommend is a consumption of 2 cups of coffee per day. This is mainly due to the amount of caffeine. Incidentally, this is the same with other coffees and therefore not product specific. If you drink an extra cup this once, it won't hurt either. The added vitamins are water-soluble and if you get more than you need, your body simply won't use it and you'll pee it out. So it is not dangerous!
We would recommend the morning, so that you can start your day with a lot of energy! But it is of course entirely up to you when you want to drink your cup of coffee. We advise against the evening; the caffeine can make your sleep less efficient (and of course we don't want that).
The added vitamins and superfoods have a slightly bitter taste themselves, but because the amounts in the coffee are low, this is not reflected in the taste of the coffee. This way you drink the coffee you are used to, but super healthy!
It varies per additive how much ends up in your cup of coffee. This fluctuates from 60% to 90%. We are working on optimizing this so that each cup contains exactly the right amount.
Yes! You can simply throw the cups with your organic waste after use. They will compost on their own! Nice for the planet, and easy for you!
Our cups fit in all Nespresso® machines. Unfortunately, they cannot be used in built-in machines such as Miele, Gaggia, Saeco and Siemens and not in machines with a capsule holder.
Yes, our coffee is entirely plant-based.
Unfortunately, our coffee is not organic at this moment. This is because the vitamins are not (yet) available organically. We are working on making this happen!
Yes, our coffee is completely gluten free.
