Great effect

I drink coffee a lot.

I have been combining it with MCT oil for a while now because it gives me more energy and focus. also good is I have been doing kéto for a while and the MCT is A+ for that!!

I have a little bit of stress problems thou and I thought it was my over usage of coffee.
I tried to lessons it but adding this as this Ashwagandha power really did help a bit.
