The recommended daily allowance is about 400 mg, which is very high for an average vitamin. And now comes the crazy thing because although folic acid and B12 are the best companion, it is not recommended to take them at the same time, especially if you supplement them. In this case, the combo is more like Batman and the Joker, don't put them in a room or only one will come out alive. Take them one after the other to notice the optimal effect of both.

The next item on the list is B6< /a>. This point is especially important when supplementing B12 and folic acid. Because the same products that contain those vitamins also contain this golden stuff, B6. So if you get too little of the products, it is also super important to supplement B6 to help the absorption of B12. Vitamin B6, together with vitamin B12 and folic acid, is necessary for normalizing the homocysteine ​​level in the blood. Which in turn helps to prevent cardiovascular disease.
